B/W Project for my Beginning Digital Class
This is a comment on the advancement of music media and technology. The vinyl record is something I consider to be almost timeless—the feel of the record and even the sound quality is better. Today we can’t walk outside without seeing someone with an iPhone, iPod, or whatever kind of mp3 player. Even not too long ago, people were using cassette players or carrying large boom boxes on their shoulders. What if we were to see people walking around with record players instead of all the mp3 technologies we have today?

I’ve had this on repeat all day and there is no shame in my game! After being in New York City for the past 9 days, I know that this song embodies everything NYC! Aside from being an amazing classic Jazz jam, it showcases a side of Gaga’s voice we don’t always get. Perfection! The song will serve as the opening track on Bennett’s forthcoming album “Tony Bennett: Duets II”.
